Field, to Mrs Ellen Baker, cottage property in Tipahi-st. Mr George Norgate to Mr J. McDowell, house and land in Collingwood-st. *Mr A. G. Stapp to Mr P. Vaughan, house and land in Alton-street. Mr Henry Moore to Mrs Stapp, house ahd property adjoining the Jewieh Synagogue, Trafalgar Square. Mr M. O'Brien to Mr Charles Hurley, honae and land in Tasman-street. . Mra H. Humphreys, of Wanganui, to Mr'Joseph Perkins, house and land, Waimea Road.j .. 'Mrs E. S. Jones to Mrs M. Thompson, cottage property in Stepneyville. Messrs Rout and Sons state that there is a steady demand for cottage properties and nearly all of the above sales were at very satisfactory figures.
