A TAX ON BICYCLES REJECTED. [United Press Association.) ' ' REEFTON, This Day. A resolution was moved by Councillor Silcock yesterday at a meeting of Inangabua County Council . to levy a tax on bioycles. The proposal found little support, and a hostile amendment was carried without division. A proposal to license drivers of all vehicles carrying passengers was unanimously carried.
