TBE AUTONOMY SCHEME. [United Press Association.] HAYANNA, November 7. The autonomist party in Cuba havo agreed io conform with the appointment of General Blanco as successor to General Weyler as Spanish commander. The party is now organising a Government, and has telegraphed its satisfaction to Senor Sagasta. the Spanish Premier.
