TUnited Press Association.) LONDON, November 5. News from Lagos states that Governor McCullani has occupied Saki. on tho Niger, which wos evacuated by the French. The latter have occupied Kisha. Two of the Royal Niger Company's officers have reached Bandi, hitherto uuvisited. ' They found Juju rites practised there in a worse form than at Benin. The officers consider Bendi the natural trade centre of tbis region and suggests tbat an expedition should be sent there.
