New Zealand Rugby Union.

[United Press Association.] Wkllimiton, April 2S. At the annual meeting of the New Zealand Rugby Union, eleven Unions were represented. The Otago and Southland Uuiona were affiliated. The application of the Waipawa and Kangitikei Unions were left to the Management Committee to deal with, the meeting being against the admission of new small Unions. It was decided to make a levy on all Unions in proportion to their strength, to wipe off the present deficit. Mr Henderson was elected President, Mr Hoben Secretary, Messrs Firth and Campbell (Wellington), Henderson (Auckland), Cotterfl (Christehurcli), and one from Otago and Southland, to be the Appeal Committee ; delegates for Southland, Auckland, Otago, Canterbury, Wangauui, and Wellington to be the Management Committee. It was stated that the Queensland Union intend to send a team to New Zealand during the season. It was resolved that Unions m arrears be struck oft" the rolls unless arrears are paid by the first of July.
