DOVEDALE.
The annual meeting of householders was held in the Dovedale Schoolroom on Monday evening at the time appointed by advertisement. 'Xbero was an unusually large attendance of householders. Mr H, Kenyon, Chairman of the Committee, occupied the chair, and oalled upon the Secretary to read the balance sheet, which was adopted. A vote of thanks to the Secretary was carried for the way in which he had kept the accounts and the trouble he had taken in connection with the woik of the School Committee. A similar vole was passed to the Chairman for so ably lilling the position. After which an diction took place when tho following petsons weie duly elected : H Kenyon, G. Tlu.nia-, L). Co/.cns, J. Rose, \V Thoin, N. Win, and J, Loveridgc. At- a subsequent meeting of the newly elected committee Mi Keuyon was choosen chairman and Mr Win, Secietary (bulb reelected).
