MAILS CLOSE AT NELSON AND THE TOUT. Wednesday, May 31. Havelock, Blenheim, and Picton (ovcvland) —at 6 30 a. m. Motueka— per Lady Barkly, at 5 p.m. Wellington and South — per Grafton, at 6 p.m. Thursday, June 1. Picton, Wellington, and South— per Rotorua, at 9 a.m. London per German Mail Packet (sn. add.), due in London 28th July— per Kotorua, Saturday, June 3. London direct per Toncjariro (sp. add.), due in Loudon 21st July. In future the Baton mail will close here on Wednesdays at 9 a.m., and arrive on Saturdays at 135 p.m. On, and after Tuesday, the 30th instant, the overland coast mails will close here on Tuesdays and Fridays at 9 a.m. The mails ■will arrive here on Wednesdays and Saturdays^ usual.
