MOTUEKA ROAD BOARD.
Thq ordinary monthly meeting of the Board, at which were present Messrs Boyoe, Edwards, Hursthouse, Jordan, and Goodman, was held on the 10th inst.
Accounts for £16 33 were passed for payment, Messrs Hyland and Parsonß' cheque for £9 8s for work on Wildman'e road to be withheld till the work has been passed. Resolved, That at the next meeting Mr Edwards faniieh ao estimate of the value of the extra work done by the contractors on Wildman's road.
Resolved, That Mr Edwarda supervise the expenditure of " thirds," amounting to £7 6s 8d in Waiwero and that he be authorised to have; the necessary repairs exeouted at the brides on Poley Bridge road.
Revived, That the gorse on Douglas's roacUae grubbed by day labour. Sesolged, That Mr Boyace be authorised to arrange with Mr Byrant re fencing the boundaries on the gravel reserve. Resolved, That the Secretary's salary be £12 for the ourrent year.
