Sydney, Jans 6. la the Legislative Council a disoussioa took place on the alleged abuse of their 1 powers by the writer of leading articles in the newspapers, and Mr Julian E. Solomons Q.C. said he hoped to introduce a Bill compelling writers to append their names to articles.
