TAKAKA RACES.
The following entries have been received for the T&kaka races which take place on Monday next, and will doubtless, as usual, attract a large number of visitors from Nelson : — Takaka Cup —Mr Nieman's Stella, Mr W. Page's Lochnagar, and Mr W. Pftge'a Clio. Hurdle Bacb.— Mr W. Page's Lochnagar, Mr P. Green's Dangerous, Mr J.- Satherley's Myrtle. Maiden Platb. — Mr A. Wilkie's Yaldhurst, Mr A. Emms' Borderer, Mr A. Hill's Lady Jeanette, Mr H. Fellowes' Imperial, and Mr H. Page's Karuwere.
