The papers here publish the text of Sir Michael Hicks-Beach's despaech to Lord Normanby, the substance of which has been fully anticipated by direct telegraph. The Legislative Assembly last night passed • a vote of £300,000 for education, aud rejected a resolution regarding the financial administration of the Ministry, which was tanta mount to a vote of want of confidence.
