We ootice that Mr Barraud, of Wellington, whose name has often been before the public as a water color artist, and whose representations of New Zealand scenery have always been considered faithful, has issued a pro* spectua of a work which should be a very attractive one, not only to the colonists of New Zealand, but to nil connected with it, and the list of subscribers already published is sufficient to shew the estimation in which it is held by hading men throughout the colony. Mr. Stanton is issuing a prospectus and receiving subscribers for Mr Barraud in Nelson.
