The Prussians intercept all prisoners from entering l'aris. Frankfort. May 6 —Bismarck and Favre are here. The former received an ovation. They met in consultation on the affairs of France. New York, "May 6. —A sprcial Versailles despatch says that the German authorities telegraphed that if the Versailles Government troops do not enter Paris by the Bth inst, the Pussian3 will re-enter on the 9th. A grand attack was to be made on the Bth. The session of the Commune yesterday was stormy. The chief of the flotilla staff was arrested on a charge of deceiving the C immune. Considerable satisfaction is expressed in England at the appointment of Dr. Feath«rstone as Agent General. The Lonn and M-ffcantile Agency's circular says that Mr. Vojjrfl arrivt d at the very nick of time, as politicj^Slreumstances conspired to afiord a favorableo-^portunity which he aptly seized. r'^Y
