Such Is Fame
KAIKOHE, Wed. (Sp.).—'The name Northland College may shortly be seen in a usage entirely new to it. Registration has been applied for —and is confidently expected to be authorised—through the New Zealand Ayrshire breeders’ Association for formal use of the two words "Northland College” as a si ud name for Ayrshire stock bred on the college farm. Two calves of this new strain will be seen at the forthcoming Whangarei A. and P. Show. Thus, Ayrshiremen wil. possibly have chances before Jong to buy such glamorous bovines as “Northland College Blonde Sunshine." or “Northland College Dark Pit's High Ambition.”
