Pakistan Agrees ' To Dollar Cuts

LONDON, Fri., (11.30 a.m.).— The Anglo-Pakistan sterling releases agreement was signed today. Under the agreement Pakistan has agreed to accept a cut of 25 per cent in the dollar expenditure of 1949-30 compared with 1948-49 on the understanding that Britain and other Commonwealth countries of the sterling area would make similar cuts.
