More Cheerful About Dollar Situation
LONDON, Fri. (1 p.m.)—Sir Graham Cunningham, chairman of 'the Dollars Export Board, who returned from North America, said that, although he was now more cheerful about the dollar situation, he was not confident that the dollar crisis would be solved. There were, however, ways and means to improve the position, he said.
