Rodeo Judge Shot
NEW YORK, Fri.—A bronco-bust-ing cowboy tonight shot dead a rodeo judge, Mr Henry Jones, in front of the grandstand at Big Spring Texas. A stray bullet also killed one of the spectators.
Tire sheriff’s office said the cowboy Herbert Frizell, had been charged on two counts for murder.
A feud between Frizell and Mr Jones is believed to have caused the shooting. There was no panic.
