CHRISTCHURCH, Fri. (P.A.).— Mr H. G. Kilpatrick, the Labour Party nominee for the Hurunui seat, held by Mr R. G. Gerard for'the Opposition, has withdrawn his candidature because of disagreement with the Government’s policies on conscription and foreign affairs.
