J. Homer, who is chairman of the council’s parks committee, said the development of Harrison’s Block was not holding up the project. The matter had been approved by the council and passed into the hands of the health committee to obtain plans. Mrs Pointon moved that the association take up the matter with the local bodies concerned This was carried.
