BERLIN, Wed. (11 a.m.).—The Russians refused to aiiow a lorry carrying Bibles' to travel from Western Germany to Berlin yesterday. , . . They said the Bibles were -propaganda material and stopped the lorry at the Russian border point at Helmstedt.
