Non-Communists in Finnish Cabinet
HELSINKI, Fri. (11 a.m.).—Two new Ministers, each of whom is a nonCommunist, have been appointed to the Finnish Cabinet, according to an announcement today. They are the strong man of the anticommunist wing of Social Democrats, Unto Varjonen. as Minister without Portfolio to handle special economic cases, and another Social Democrat, Emil Huunonen, as*Minister of Labour.
