West European Drought 1 Broken
LONDON, Sun. (11.30 a.m.).— Rain fell over most of drought-dried western Europe today. Snow and an arctic wind in northern Sweden broke the month-long heat wave There were further thunderstorms accompanied by rain in Britain.
