18-Year-Old Admits 3 Charges of Arson
NAPIER. Fri. (P.A.L—Responsibility for the series of outbreaks of fire in the block of wooden buildings in Herschell Street. Napier, between May 27 and June 24 last was admitted in the Magistrate’s Court today by Randall Garth Laurent, aged 18, labourer, who pleaded guilty to three charges of arson and one of attempted arson. Accused was committed for sentence at Wellington.
