Exchange Of .Goods
German experts from the eastern and western zones, after talks, reached agreement on the exchange of goods between , Eastern and Western Germany.
A communique on the talks specified that the goods already paid for which were stored in Western or Eastern Germany would immediately receive bills of lading and, pending establishment of clearing accounts, individual transactions would not be hindered.
