LONDON. Unless there is a substantial improvement in the next ■ few weeks, only about 75,000 will have volunteered for service in the Territorial Army when the recruiting campaign closes in March. This was stated by the Minister of War, Mr Shinwell. The number required is about 150,000. The strength of the Territorial Army at the end* of January was 69,507, there being 60,882 men and 8625 women. r • **
