Wilhelmshaven No Longer Naval Base
LONDON, Thu. (1 p.m.) —Harbour works at Wilhelmshaven. which was once one of Germany’s biggest naval bases, have been almost completely demolished.
Only ships with a displacement of 600 tons or less can enter the harbour through the only channel left.
