WELLINGTON.—'The weight restriction proposed for hesvy trucks, which has been the subject of a dispute recently, is to ie discussed at a meeing which the Minister of Transport (iyir Haekett) proposes to cal between the Transput Department and ithe Main Highways Hard. > This was - announced by the Comrissioner of Transport (Ir G. L. Laurenson). It was hoped in tlis way to find some iolicy that would be aeeptable to all parties concerned. Mr Laurensn said the meeting world probably be heldwithin the next fortnight. * * *
