Auckland Dancers Start Young
AUCKLAND, Mon. (Sp.).—Children in the Auckland competitions start young.
Two petite misses in the under seven, girls tap dance class, this morning could aggregate only seven years between them. They were June Pinches and Carole Sandham, each aged three and a half years.
Carole was highly commended for her performance, while her six-year-old sister, Trilby, won the class.
June has been learning for eight months and Carole for five.
They are the youngest entrants in the competitions.
