Mr O. E. Stout
OBITUARY . . .
WELLINGTON, Mon. (P.A.).—The death has occurred of Mr Olaf Erik Stout, youngest son of the late Sir Robert Stout and Lady Stout. Born in Dunedin in 1889, Mr Stout was educated at Wellington College and continued his studies at Cambridge University where he graduated as B.A. and LL.B.
He spent several years in England before the First World War and was a barrister at law at Lincoln’s Inn, London.
On returning to New Zealand he practised in Whangarei in the early twenties and later came to Wellington.
Mr Stout was unmaiTied. A sister is Mi's Tx-evor Holmden, of Auckland, and bi-others are Mr J. Logan Stout, formerly chief stipendiary magisti'ate in Wellington, Dr Duncan Stout and Dr Robert Stout, all of Wellington.
