Whangarei Boy Dies Of injuries
Severely injured when he was knocked down by a car in Whangarei on Monday afternoon, a boy died in the Whangarei Hospital last night. He was
Kevin Dempster, 4, son of Mr and Mrs A. C. Dempster, of Dinniss Avenue, Whangarei.
The accident occurred in Kamo Road, the child being struck by a car driven by Mr D. G. Croft, of Opuawhanga. Admitted to hospital suffering from fractures of the skull, the boy failed to rally and died last night. An inquest for identification purposes will be opened by Mr W. C. Harley, S.M., this afternoon.
