Soviet Loan To Woo Finland
HELSINKI, Fri. (1 p.m.).—Finland has accepted a Russian offer of a £1,250.000 loan at 2 per cent repayable in currency other than dollars.
The gesture is interpreted as a new attempt to create Finnish goodwill for the Communist Party in the general elections next month.
