QUEBEC—The Canadian Association of Broadcasters, at its annual convention yesterday, adopted a resolution recommending that all known Leftists be denied time on all Canadian radio stations. The resolution urged ihat stations refuse ‘either to sell or give time to speakers representing any party, group or association, whatever its name or front, advocating or approving the overthrow of Government other than by peaceful democratic or constitutional methods.” * • •
