WELLINGTON.—The biggest sail s ever recorded fo any postal district in Lew Zealand were made in the health stamp campaign in the Wellington district, which concluded at the end of las' month. The figures, nearly double those of the previous year, are j£ 16,676 for the whole j district, divided int0?£13.313 for the city and suburbs and £33U3 for the Wellington, district area.—(P.A)
