MELBOURNE.— The Federal Attorney-Gen-eral (Dr H. V. Evatt) became (momentarily unwell while addressing the full High Court in the bank 1 , nationalisation case yesterday. When leaning forward to pic* up a paper he suddenl* sat down at the Bar table, grimaced and retted his head on his hands. The Chief Justice (Sir John Latham) suggested ar» but after taking a- Tass of water. Dr Evatt expressed his willingness to continue.
