POWER BOARD PROCEDURE.
The motion against the conducting of business in committee which was submitted 'to the North Auckland Power Board by Mr J. A. S. Mac Kay at the board's recent meeting was supported by Mr J. A. Finlayson, besides Mr A. Clarke. Mr Finlayson supported the motion and voted against the amendment, which was carried, that the board obtain an opinion from the Power Boards’ Association solicitor as to the legality of the board's methods.
