'Free Greek' Govt Claims Development

BELGRADE. Tue. (12.55 p.m.)—The Yugoslav News Agency reports that the “Free Greek radio” states that as a result of the meeting on December 28 of people’s committees on liberated territory, committees were established in 42 villages. Land was being given to landless farmers and smallholders.
