Course At U.S. Air School
AUCKLAND, Tue. (P.A.)—The first member of the Royal New Zealand Air Force to take a coui'se of instruction at the United States Air Tactical School, near Panama City, Floi'ida, Flight-Lieutenant L. A. Rayner, D.F.C , returned by air today. Flight-Lieutenant Rayner, whose home is in Wanganui, attended a coui'se under an exchange system, which permits foreign nationals to study at one of the five schools of the United States Air University.
The course covered administrative duties, strategy, and bombing, and general warfare.
“It was a tough coui’se,” Flight-Lieu-tenant Rayner said, “and involved long hours of study and research.”
