Hollywood Role For N.Z. Shepherd
GISBORNE, Tue. (P.A.)—A former Tolaga Bay and East Coast shepherd and bowserstation attendant in Gisborne, Patrick O'Connor, aged 36, has been assigned a role in the Hollywood vlersion of Joan of Lorraine, featuring Ingrid Bergman, according to advice received by his parents. He entered business in Australia seven years ago and then went to Hollywood, where he studied at the Academy of Dramatic Arts.
He married an American girl shortly after settling in the United States.
