Classroom Raided
Every day for a week a jackdaw flew .into the classrooms of North Farnborough Church of England school.
It stole the children’s pens and pencils and teachers’ chalks; hopped from desk to desk, pecked the children’s legs, and tried to undo their shoelaces; beat all attempts to catch it and smashed a vase; picked pieces of masonry off the outside of the building. i
