WASHINGTON: Senator Ralph, Flanders (R —Vermont) stated on Sunday that a bill which he was drafting giving authority to ration meat if necessary i probably would provide a ration of l|slb a head a year, compared with current consSmption of 1571 b. He was considering proposing | half ration for children and no meat for‘infants. He hopes to introduce the biU in the Senate on Wednesday.
