Moori Admits Series Of Thefts
AUCKLAND, Mon. (Sp.) Nearly £450 was involved in a series of thefts by a Maori labourer, Taka Pene Manuera, 34, who pleaded guilty in the Magistrate’s Court to 10 charges of breaking, entering and theft, one of breaking and entering with intent to commit theft, and four counts of theft from houses, and two charges of common theft.
In an alleged statement to the police, accused said that on one occasion he used the alias “Jimmy Valentine.” He was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
