LONDON—M. Karoli Payer, leader of the Hungarian Social Democrat Party, who escaped from Hungary on November 0.9, reached Paris on Saturday by secret "underground routes.
He will fly to London to attend the International Socialist Conference.
M. Payer escaped because of a threatened charge of espionage.
