Town 12 Feet Under Flood Waters
SINGAPORE, Fri. (11 a.m.l —Widespread floods in Southern Malaya, which severed road and rail communications into Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, have submerged the town of Kota Tinggi. in Southern Johore. to a depth of 12ft. The 2000 inhabitants were evacuated to high ground and no loss of life has •been reported.
