WRONG MAN'S HEAD
SINGAPORE, Thu. (11 a.m.) A Japanese captain, Ito Shichuo, told the war crimes court at Kuala Lumpur today that he was being accused of the wrong beheading. Shichuo admitted beheading a Chinese three months after the death of Hoon Choon, with whose murder he is charged, but denied beheading Choon. “The witnesses for the prosecution must have made a mistake,” said Shichuo.
