j KAITAIA. Tue. (Sp.)—Possibilities ! of a flying display being conducted at ; Kaitaia by the Auckland Aero Club j were discussed at a meeting here on i Monday night. | It was stated ‘.hat the city club had j already agreed to provide aircraft for i such a display, to take place if possible ! on the same week-end as a similar pro- ! gramme to be held at Whangarei. Tentative date was fixed for late 1 February, and provided this is approved by the Auckland. Aero Club | another meeting will be held later to ! finalise arrangements, i Purpose of the meeting, which was j attended by Kaitaia Aero Club officers j and others interested, was to consider the prospects of a display under the | aero club auspices. Presiding was the Kaitaia cluo president (Mr J. E. Henderson), and the appointment of Mr A. V. Longman as secretary was approved. | Much assistance was also given by I the former club secretary, Mr H.
