Russian Run On Banks And Stores ?
WASHINGTON. Wed. (2.30 p.m.)— The State Department’s Voice of America radio tonight reported that Russians have started a wholesale run on banks and stores in Moscow and other Soviet cities because of fear that the rouble is losing its value.
