DENIAL
RANGOON.—U Saw, former Burmese Premier, who is the principal accused in the assassination trial, today denied charges of conspiring to overthrow the Government and abetting the assassination of General Aung San and members of his Cabinet.
Five other accused also denied the charges. Three admitted them, but , declined to give evidence under oath. — (11 a.m.)
