WANGANUI. Th 3 Wanganui committee yesterday upheld the appeal of Messrs A. W. McDonald and W. G. Shannon, owners of Argumentative. against the decision of the Feilding Jockey Club’s judicial committee in reversing the judge's placings in the Empire Handicap on November 22, when Argumentative finished a neck in front of Mercian Lad, but was relegated to second place for alleged interference and first place was awarded to Mercian‘Lad.— CP.
