RUGBY
SYDNEY. Sat. (10.30 a.m.) —The former football star, Cyril Towers, suggests that the Australian Rugby Union should arrange* a triangular international series next year by inviting the Maoris as well as France to tour Australia. Discussing the Wallabies’ success in Britain, Mr Towers said: “France .be here next year, and if the Maoris ' Wejre invited, too, the Wallabies would have a chance to reestablish Rugby Union in Australia. “The Maoris have been excluded from the New Zealand team to tour South Africa and would, no doubt, welcome a chance to play against France and the Wallabies in Australia.” * * *
