Izvestia May Cause National Breach

WASHINGTON, Oct. 17
A high Brazilian Government source said today that Brazil will break off diplomatic relations with the Soviet as a result of Moscow’s failure to apologise for the attack in Izvestia upon'President Dutra, reports the Rio De Janeiro correspondent of the Associated Press.
Izvestia recently declared that President Dutra was subservient to the United States and also made other statements offensive to the Brazilian Army and Government.
